scim input method not work in OpenBSD 6.9 release

scim input method work in OpenBSD 6.8 release when using  firefox-82.0.3 or other browser ,gedit

but not work in OpenBSD 6.9 release when using any app

test scim-anthy,scim-fcitx,scim-pinyin, using xenodm, same .xsession file in OpenBSD 6.8 / 6.9 release
