mail/dovecot24 _2 version with improvements and fix for "Handshake with
duplicate service"

This update introduces two key fixes/improvements for mail/dovecot24:

1. **Fix duplicate service handshake error**:
   Adds upstream commit 5100f0fd576d0600c3f8ad7bb056ae08235cab11 via PATCHFILES
to resolve the "Handshake with duplicate service" issue.

2. **Add reload support to rc script**:
   Updates `files/dovecot.in` to support `service dovecot reload`. Since
Dovecot 2.4 supports native `reload` via the main binary,
`extra_commands="reload"` and `reload_cmd="dovecot_reload"` have been
implemented inside the loop context.

3. **Bump PORTREVISION**:
   Increment PORTREVISION to 2.

QA / Testing:
- Built cleanly on FreeBSD.
- Verified `service dovecot reload` works as expected.
- Verified patch applies cleanly against current ports tree.
