Since all regressions from the past run were fixed and it is unlikely that any
changes to existing ports will break from SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH, I'd like to commit
this by the end of the week if there are no further objections.

@cen please provide a link to your visualization tool, it would be great to see
the progress for reproducible ports over time.
