    net-p2p/go-ethereum: Update 1.17.5 => 1.17.6

    Changelog:
    * The Amsterdam hardfork is scheduled on the Sepolia testnet.
      Sepolia node operators must upgrade before that time.
    * The Holesky testnet has been removed, as the network reached EOL.
    * Parallel block execution.
    * Deprecate the state sizer tool.
    * Various enhancement/bug fixes.
