Git-formatted patch

Folks, I picked this one up and modified a bit and updated the patch. Wouldn't
it be easier, better to do createJextractImage and install jextract/ to
/usr/local/share/java? The script would be in /usr/local/bin.
root@144-release-amd64-michael-o:/wrkdirs/usr/ports/java/jextract/work/jextract-2aaa694aa6d241f4704f5ac69c1f8d898e7cfcc8/build/jextract
# bin/jextract --version
jextract 23
JDK version 25.0.4+7-freebsd-1
LibClang version clang version 19.1.7

Briefly looked into the code, it expects to run as a jmod. E.g., --version does
not work as a JAR. I'd be happy to continue this with you further. I cannot
tell to what extend the build.gradle.patch is required if we have a runtime
image with jlink.
