The latest upstream version of td-system-tools is 2.7.1.
Therefore, the port net/td-system-tools needs an update.

This new version particularly improves the options configuration of the FreeBSD
port, by moving run dependencies to the actual component, in order to avoid
installing unnecessary dependencies.

This version also provides some additional scripts for GIMP-based image
processing (off by default) and some example files (off by default).

Fix: The updated diff file td-system-tools-2.7.1.diff is attached.
