Fix dependencies of OpenVSP

After upgrading OpenNURBS I wanted to chase its new version into the consumers,
but I cannot see anything related to it in OpenVSP => remove it.

Also use the system eigen-5 and cad/Clipper2.

Remarks:
1) x11-toolkits/fltk is a dependency, but VSP_USE_SYSTEM_FLTK is set to no:
remove this dependency untill PR 283342 gets committed.

2) VSP_USE_SYSTEM_CMINPACK is set both to yes and no (yes kept).
