git diff: sysutils/pgwd 0.6.6 (ONLY_FOR_ARCHS, supersedes #271150)

Follow-up: updated port patch (supersedes attachment #271150).

- ONLY_FOR_ARCHS= amd64 aarch64 (matches GitHub release tarballs; riscv64
deferred).
- Drop NO_ARCH (prebuilt per-arch distfiles).
- README.md: supported architectures section.

Tested on FreeBSD 15 amd64:
- make reinstall
- pgwd -version → v0.6.6
