git diff: sysutils/pgwd 0.6.6 (updates attachment 271140)

Updated port to upstream v0.6.6
(https://github.com/hrodrig/pgwd/releases/tag/v0.6.6).

Tested on FreeBSD 15 amd64:
  make fetch && make makesum && make install
  pgwd -version  →  v0.6.6

This git diff supersedes attachment #271140 (0.5.10). Maintains same port
layout;
PORTVERSION, distinfo, and MASTER_SITES updated for the current release.
