            Bug ID: 295548
Summary: sysutils/edk2: no longer PXE boots after latest update
                    to 202508 under bhyve
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: uboot@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: bz@FreeBSD.org
                CC: fuz@FreeBSD.org
          Assignee: uboot@FreeBSD.org
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(uboot@FreeBSD.org)

This is an example (not my actual config)!

Runinng:
bhyve -s 0,hostbridge -s 1,lpc -s 2:0,virtio-net,tap3 -H -P -m 1G -l
bootrom,`pwd`/BHYVE_UEFI.fd -l com1,/dev/nmdm3A foo

no longer PXE boots but complains that it cannot find a device:

BdsDxe: No bootable option or device was found.
BdsDxe: Press any key to enter the Boot Manager Menu.

Going back to an older BHYVE_UEFI.fd the problem goes away immediately.

Can someone please check the latest update and see what broke as PXE booting
development machines or recovery images is quite an important feature.
