filesystems/libfsext and filesystems/libfsfat do not update after from
e.20240501 to  e.20260201
the error is:

./mount_fuse.h:45:10: fatal error: 'fuse3/fuse.h' file not found
   45 | #include <fuse3/fuse.h>
