fix suricata-update baked in paths to JustWork on FreeBSD

mowr path fixes throughout `suricata.yaml.sample` to match where FreeBSD
hier(8) has things installed. e.g. the Lua paths now match where Lua5.1 or
LuaJIT packages get installed.
