Patch for harfbuzz

Compile and runtime tested on FreeBSD 15.1-STABLE (amd64) (make, make
check-plist, make test)

Mini exp-run looks fine on 14.4-RELEASE (amd64) using Poudriere (pretty much
all consumers except Chromium and Electron based ports tested)
