devel/boost-libs fails to stage on 16-CURRENT poudriere. The strange thing is
that it does build and stage when built on real hardware and it does build and
stage also when built in a jail. But it fails to build under
poudriere/poudriere-devel. The saved workdir contains a python3.11.core file.

Next step will be to try building with the LLVM option. This is unintuitive as
there is no C/C++ error listed. Just a poke in the dark.

I'd like to document it here in case someone else has this same issue. I can
post the workdir if needed.
