I encountered (what looks to me like) very similar symptoms this morning, on a
bare-metal "AMD EPYC 7502P 32-Core Processor                (2495.31-MHz
K8-class CPU)" that I use for local package-building (via poudriere-devel).

The machine was running:
FreeBSD freebeast.catwhisker.org 15.1-STABLE FreeBSD 15.1-STABLE #556
stable/15-n283567-87b18b611ec9: Wed May 13 10:34:06 UTC 2026    
root@freebeast.catwhisker.org:/common/S1/obj/usr/src/amd64.amd64/sys/GENERIC
amd64 1501500 1501500

with the ports tree at main-n746286-41728a0786ed (and all installed ports
updated to that point); I will attach a copy of the poudriere build log.

(I note that the failure in question was encountered during an attempt to build
a new firefox-150.0.3,2.)
