pgbouncer 1.25.1 depends on hs-pandoc to build its manpages (pgbouncer 1.24.1
did not).  That adds a dependency on lang/ghc, which takes hours to build.  It
would be very nice if the port had a MANPAGES option that could be used to
disable the dependency on ghc.  That would save lots of build time for users
who build their own ports.
