Scenario:
- stable/15 ca. May 1
- ports latest
- freebsd-ftpd has been updated from DISTVERSION 20260507 to 20260507a
- running portmaster -a

Result:
- portmaster does not detect that the port must be upgraded.

Expected result:
- portmaster should automatically upgrade the port.
