patch: new port himitsu-ssh

This port depends on security/hare-ssh, which is not yet commited to the ports
tree: see https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=292591.

himitsu-ssh provides an integration between SSH and himitsu, allowing you to
store your private keys inside himitsu.

works: tested with poudriere on FreeBSD 15, amd64. been running this port for
over a month now, seems to be working.

patched the makefile so that the port works with POSIX make (and by extension,
BSD make).

i've also upstreamed it, but there hasn't been a new release including the fix
yet. when that is the case, i will remove the patch.

tested with portlint as well: looks fine.
