[Bug 294271] www/rubygem-gollum fails to run reporting errors with conflicting rack versions

The problem is that the process of installing gollum reinstalled both versions
of rack.   I had tried deleting *all* of the rubygems and reinstalling gollum
from scratch, and the end result was that both versions were installed and the
same error showed up.

So somewhere in the entire dependency chain both versions are getting pulled
in.
