Thanks for the patch!
1. Please, attach git-formated patch and (optional) tarball with port. shar is
deprecated.
2. Use Qt6 instead of Qt5 - AFAIU this software supports Qt6.
3. Are you sure these lines are correct?
                -DX11_LIBRARIES="${LOCALBASE}/libX11.so" \
                -DX11_INCLUDE_DIR="${LOCALBASE}"
4. In any case, these patches need to be pushed to the upstream:
