New port: misc/openboard 1.7.7  Includes Makefile, pkg-descr, pkg-plist,
distinfo and patches required to build OpenBoard on FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT amd64.

OpenBoard is an open source interactive whiteboard application designed
primarily for use in schools. It was originally forked from Open-Sankore,
which was itself based on Uniboard. It supports digital pens, virtual
keyboards, PDF import, web browsing, video playback, and screen annotations.

The following patches were necessary to build on FreeBSD:

- C++20 compatibility (Poppler headers)
- FFmpeg 6.x API updates (avcodec_close, ch_layout.nb_channels)
- FreeBSD platform support (UBPlatformUtils, UBKeyboardPalette)
- X11 linker fix (DependencyX11.cmake)
- QMap initialization fix (Clang/C++20)
- FreeBSD ifdefs (UBEmbedController, UBPodcastController)

Tested on FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT amd64.
