www/py-pyramid 2.0.2

Update www/py-pyramid from 1.7.3 to 2.0.2 (latest 2.x).

Changes to dependencies in this update:

  Added (RUN_DEPENDS):
    - devel/py-hupper >= 1.5
    - devel/py-plaster
    - devel/py-plaster-pastedeploy

  Removed:
    - www/py-pastedeploy (now pulled in transitively via plaster-pastedeploy)
    - devel/py-repoze.lru (no longer used by pyramid 2.x)

  Bumped:
    - www/py-webob: 1.3.1 -> 1.8.3

USES bumped to python:3.6+ (pyramid 2.0 dropped Python 2 support)
and USE_PYTHON switched from "distutils" to "pep517" to match upstream's
pyproject.toml-based build.

Tested with poudriere (testport-14.3-amd64-x11) for the default Python
flavor; all reverse-dependents (www/py-pyramid-mako, www/py-pyramid_rpc,
www/py-spyne) build cleanly against the new version.
