Patch llvm* to remove discovery of libxml2

In commit af979dd126ff4 dependency on libxml2 has been removed. But libxml2 was
still found for LLDB and used if it was present at configure time. This patch
fixes that for llvm15-22. Revision has been bumped because of possible binary
change in the cases where libxml2 was found.


llvm12-14 have kept the libxml2 dependency, so no change is needed for them.
