Since firefox 129 HTTPS RRs can be resolved using the operating system's DNS
resolver. Enable this for FreeBSD as well.

Test with

about:networking#dnslookuptool

on a domain with HTTPS RRs (e.g. google.com) and w/o DoH enabled.
