ModSecurity 3 update patch. Version 3.0.15 addresses CVE-2026-42268,
CVE-2026-30923.

Poudriere build successful on 14.4-RELEASE (amd64).

The maintainer hasn't responded the last few times. Last time I was told I
could replace the email with mine — I'm taking the opportunity to change it
now. I hope that's okay; if not, I would like to know how I can take over the
port. Thanks for your help.
