Patch for soundtouch

* Add USES= pathfix to fix install location of pkgconfig file and make build
logs consistent
* Change CFLAGS to CXXFLAGS for i386

Compile tested on FreeBSD 15.0-STABLE (amd64) (make, make check-plist)

Poudriere testport OK 13.5-RELEASE (amd64)
Poudriere testport OK 13.5-RELEASE (i386)
Poudriere testport OK 14.3-RELEASE (amd64)

Consumers compiles fine on my end using Poudriere (14.3-RELEASE amd64)
