Ok, got it:
/usr/ports/www/deno/work/stage/usr/local/bin/deno
Deno 2.7.9

rm /usr/local/lib/libnghttp2.a /usr/local/lib/libdeflate.a

either restart a clean build or :
find work/target -name "*libdeflate*" -exec rm -rf {} \;
find work/target -name "*nghttp*" -exec rm -rf {} \;

I need to figure out why the build picks the system lib instead of the bundled
one.
