Patch to add new emulators/azahar and emulators/libretro-azahar to Ports tree

emulators/azahar: add new port (version 2125.0) as a replacement for deprecated
and removed emulators/citra-qt5 port

emulators/libretro-azahar: add new slave port that builds a libretro core for
use with RetroArch
