Like suggested in https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=292288#c6,
I'm submitting a PR to potentially take maintainership of the port. My recent
patch met the two week maintainer timeout and there has been no response to
attempted email contact.

Please disregard and close if the current maintainer demonstrates interest in
remaining within the three months timeout period.
