In regards to the new upstream repo not having any new releases, I just
migrated the latest 239 release over to that repository. This was taken from
Tenacity's original fork here: https://codeberg.org/tenacityteam/portsmf.

In regards to the patches, if I have the time, I could attempt to make a patch
for Tenacity, but be aware it would be my first one. Anyone else is of course
free to make a patch and beat me to it too, of course :)
