[Bug 267434] www/gallery2: Site for "Full instructions" does not exist

I am closing this bug because the Gallery2 upstream project is dead. The
codex.gallery2.org domain referenced in pkg-message is parked/for sale, and the
project has no active upstream development or support. The port (www/gallery2)
is unmaintained and should be considered for removal from the ports tree
entirely. See also bug #267437 for the related dead WWW URL.
