I am closing this as a duplicate of bug #251245, which the reporter themselves
filed with the actual fix. The missing /var/spool/nullmailer/trigger FIFO issue
during pkg upgrade is addressed by the pkg-plist patch in #251245 (using
@postexec instead of @preexec). Any further action should be tracked there.
