[Bug 285130] java/intellij-ultimate: always show This file in the editor in not runnable

I am closing this bug due to insufficient information. The report describes
files being "not runnable" without providing specific error messages, JDK
version, or steps to reproduce. No one has been able to act on it in over 12
months. This appears to be a user-side configuration issue rather than a port
defect. Please reopen with concrete reproduction steps if the problem persists.
