I would like to take over maintainership of sysutils/shuf.

The port has been unmaintained since July 2023. The upstream project
(https://github.com/ibara/shuf) is stable and feature-complete, so the
maintenance burden should be minimal.

Patch: change MAINTAINER from ports@FreeBSD.org to hypery11@gmail.com
