I am closing this bug because the www/surfraw revival effort has been
abandoned. The port remains removed from the tree, eduardo@'s revival patch was
incomplete by his own assessment, no one volunteered to maintain the port, and
the upstream project appears dormant with its last release in 2018. There has
been no activity since December 2022.
