I am closing this bug as obsolete. The base port lang/mono6.8 was removed from
the ports tree (per jbeich's comment referencing commit c59052ead113). The
update patches to Mono 6.12 from agh and others have no target port to apply
to. A fresh new-port submission would be required if Mono 6.12 support is still
desired.
