I am closing this bug as obsolete. The eglot package has been integrated into
Emacs 29+ (released July 2023), making a separate port unnecessary. The
rubygem-solargraph and rubygem-backport patches are 4 years old and were never
split into separate PRs as fernape requested. No committer interest was shown.
