I am closing this bug because deskutils/py-khal was updated to 0.13.0 in the
ports tree (commit 2c44d1246b), resolving the py-icalendar 6.x API
compatibility issue. herbert@ confirmed the update on 2026-01-15 and explicitly
suggested closure.
