I am closing this bug as resolved. The original staging failure with
DYNAMIC_ARCH disabled was fixed by vvd@FreeBSD.org on 2025-02-03, with
maintainer approval and a passed exp-run. The port has since been updated to
0.3.30. The separate GCC13/14 SIGBUS issue discussed later in the thread is a
different problem that should be tracked in its own bug if needed.
