I am closing this bug as resolved. The checksum mismatch was caused by GitHub's
known tarball regeneration issue, and the original reporter confirmed it
self-resolved ("won the github lottery"). Maintainer dor.bsd identified the
root cause. Prometheus is now at version 2.55.1, far beyond the affected 2022Q2
version, with updated containerd dependencies.
