Greetings,

OpenVPN received an upstream licensing exception from the wolfSSL team in that
wolfSSL in combination with OpenVPN is permitted to be licensed with GPLv2,
while wolfSSL itself since 5.8.2 is GPLv3, and OpenVPN is under GPLv2-only.

However, OpenVPN has advanced a bit and so it requires another option to be
enabled at configure time to work, as Arne Schwabe found out here:
https://github.com/OpenVPN/openvpn/issues/832#issuecomment-3665063903

fox@, could you add this option?

Thanks.
