update port patch

There is new version of mongo-c-driver. I've made a patch which updates aport.
It was tested with poudriere - testport log is attached also.

Patch is very simple so I hope it will be committed soon. mongo-c-driver
depends on devel/libbson, so this patch must committed with bug#293865 at same
time.
