net/remmina: switch to freerdp3

freerdp 2.x branch is no longer maintained, so switch to 3.x net/freerdp3

Also, the CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH issue has already been fixed upstream.

I'm not sure whether we need to care about DragonFlyBSD here, but I retained
the patch that adds a condition for DragonFly.

Tested build by poudriere (14.4R amd64/i386 and 15.0R amd64) and live system on
15.0-STABLE.
