patch to update rednotebook to current release 2.42

Version in ports tree is old and fails with issue concerning GIRepository
required version being 2.0 and ports tree providing GIRepository version 3.0

From the application webpage https://rednotebook.app it seems the version is
2.39 with updated dependency on GIRepository 3.0.

Current release is 2.42, so update port to latest version

built and tested.
