portfmt and portclippy diffs

Hi,

Thank you for the submission and collaboration.

I have tested the patch in Poudriere and the basic runtime and it is OK.

If you'd like, I have did some cosmetic changes to Makefile using portclippy
and portfmt linting tools. I am attaching my diffs here, in case you approve, i
will rebase them onto the update patch.
