Does anybody please replace oneVPL with libvpl?
HandBrake 1.11.0 is coming shortly. It has been tagged in the GitHub
repository.

I would like to upgrade HandBrake with libvpl.
Replacing can be done with the following three steps.

1. Apply my patches
2. Remove multimedia/onevpl
3. Add the following entry to the `MOVED` file.

multimedia/onevpl|multimedia/libvpl|2026-03-09|Renamed upstream.
```
