Thank you for the patch.

I've been meaning to update libretro-pcsx2, I'll start from your patch to see
if I can get it more up to date with more logical dependencies, especially
webkit dramatically increases build time so I'll see if I can unbundle anything
unnecessary.

I have to verify if there is a newer retroarch version, but even though the
retroarch version isn't necessarily up to date with upstream, it has some nice
features associated with retroarch that may make this worth it depending on
compatibility and desired features.
