dmesg from the machine in question.

When installing the drm-latest-kmod port (6.9.1), dmesg shows several errors,
and though the devices are created in /dev/dri, they are not usable by the
vulkan loader.

No sysctls are created in hw.dri either.

Tested on 15-RELEASE patch 4.
