Patch to update devel/ammonite to 3.0.8

Hi,

I've attached a patch to update devel/ammonite to 3.0.8.

Changelog
---------

- allow compiling standard/raw sources starting with a package directive
- fix wrong artifact names
- support all current Scala versions
- various dependency updates
