Hi,

Thanks for your submission.

I am able to build multimedia/gst123 fine on my 14.3 host and poudriere jail,
it seems that it only fails on those main-{amd64,arm64} 16.0-CURRENT versions.

After checking porter's handbook to see if portrevision [0] needs to be bumped
or not, turns out it shouldn't be bumped if the package is not previously
buildable. So we can omit the portrevision bump here.

# Examples of changes which do not require a PORTREVISION bump:

# - Build fixes which cause a package to become compilable where it was
previously failing. 

Also, May I ask why to remove pkg-message?
